Restorative justice is a great framework to use when there is a conflict where harm is done. I use these sheets to assist students in preparing for a restorative conversation. My experience is that much more productive talks ensue! Created by a licensed clinical social worker, these sheets are designed to help students to develop empathy and propose options for addressing the harm done. I love that these sheets are so easy and ready to use. I keep them printed at my desk at all times. They streamline the whole process of restorative re-entry for me no matter how big or small the behavioral challenge.
This includes both print and digital versions of:
* Three behavior reflections of different lengths
* Two empathy reflections (differentiated, one with prewritten choices)
* Mood manager for selecting a coping mechanism when upset
